Established in 1988, New River Animal Hospital is a privately owned, small animal practice known for outstanding client service and high-quality medical care. Our loyal, long-term clientele and high-functioning, supportive team culture are just a few reasons our staff love working here.
We believe in balance:
Office hours are Monday Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with no after-hours or weekend shifts required, giving you plenty of time to unwind and enjoy life outside the clinic.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $150,000/year

Who We’re Looking For
A compassionate and skilled veterinarian who:
- Has strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical abilities
- Is empathetic, team-oriented, and client-focused
- Is open to new grads or those with special areas of interest
Preferred Experience
- Animal handling/restraint: 1 year
- DEA Certification (preferred but not required)
- DVM license
